We've been listening to Florida's new indie crunk champs Black Kids all day, and frankly, you should too.

They're unsigned at the moment but currently enjoying a steady steam of blogger foam a la Clap Your Hands Say Yeah (but in both cases, the attention is well deserved). Read the Ptichfork review of their Wizard of Ahhhs EP here. Note to Contra-playing contrarian hipsters, there are two African Amercians in the band and they are young, so, not just a clever name.
